Container Condition

All containers are sold "as is" unless otherwise specified. We provide detailed condition reports and photos, but final inspection is the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon order confirmation unless credit terms are established
• We accept cash, check, wire transfer, and major credit cards
• All prices are in US dollars
• Sales tax applies where applicable

Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery fees are additional and based on location and accessibility
• Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access and space for delivery
• Delivery scheduling is subject to availability
• Customer must be present or provide access instructions for delivery

Lease Agreement

Container leasing requires a separate lease agreement that will be provided upon request. All lease terms and conditions are specified in the lease agreement.

Lease Payments

• Monthly payments are due on the first of each month
• Late payments may result in additional fees
• Security deposits may be required
• Early termination fees may apply

Container Care

Lessees are responsible for maintaining the container in good condition and reporting any damage or issues immediately. Normal wear and tear is expected, but excessive damage may result in additional charges.

Project Specifications

Custom builds require detailed specifications and may require engineering approval. All modifications must comply with applicable building codes and regulations.

Timeline and Delays

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by material availability, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

Warranty

Custom builds include a limited warranty on workmanship and materials. Warranty terms will be specified in the project agreement.
