Shipping & Delivery Policy

Service Area

We deliver across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and throughout Texas. Out‑of‑state deliveries are available upon request and subject to additional fees and transit time.

Scheduling

Typical lead time: 24–72 hours after payment confirmation
Delivery windows are estimated and subject to traffic and weather
Customer or representative must be reachable by phone during delivery

Site Requirements

Clear, level surface capable of supporting container weight
Minimum 12' width, adequate turning radius, and overhead clearance
No overhead lines or underground utilities in placement area
Customer is responsible for permits, if required

Equipment & Placement

We use tilt‑bed, flatbed, or crane services depending on site access and container size. Final placement is at the discretion of the operator for safety. Additional equipment may incur extra charges.

Fees

Delivery fees are based on distance, container size, and access
Wait time beyond 30 minutes may incur hourly charges
Failed delivery due to site inaccessibility is billable

Inspection

Please inspect the container upon delivery and note any concerns with the driver at that time. Photos are recommended for your records.
