Returns & Refunds Policy

Sales (Containers Purchased Outright)
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing
- Containers are sold “as is” with condition disclosed prior to sale
- Customer is responsible for site readiness at time of delivery
- In the event of a material error, we will work to resolve promptly
Leasing
- Monthly billing; partial months are billed in full unless specified
- Pickup scheduling requires 3–5 business days’ notice
- Fees may apply for excessive damage or cleaning
- Security deposits (if any) are returned within 14 business days after inspection
Custom Builds & Modifications
- Deposits are non‑refundable once fabrication begins
- Change orders may affect timelines and costs
- Project balance is due per agreement milestones
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer.
